Booking Terms and Conditions

How to Book

1. Confirm availability     by phone or email	Telephone: (+39) 0575 791166 or use our convenient form or email info@casasingerna.com Your tentative booking made by telephone or email will be held for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit and signed booking form.
2. Submit Booking Form	Complete, sign and fax the booking form. The booking form will be mailed to you or you can download the Booking Form in Adobe PDF format (size - 16kb)*. Please print the form, complete, sign and fax to (+39) 0575 791232. * You need Adobe Acrobat reader to open this file, available free from www.adobe.com.
3. Send your deposit	A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Arrangements for submitting your deposit will be defined when confirming your booking. If booking before December in the year prior to your holiday date, a 25% deposit is requested, with a further 25% payment by December 15.

Rates

The rental rates allow use of villa and its amenities as outlined in the description of the house and grounds for a party of up to 10 people as listed on the booking form. Persons named on the booking form may be changed in the future, but we request that we be informed of any changes as soon as possible. Rates are quoted for weekly periods commencing Saturday after 4:30 p.m. and ending the following Saturday before 10 a.m.

Security Deposit
We require a deposit of EUR 375 to be paid along with your final rental payment. This deposit will be repaid to you, less any costs incurred for breakages, within three weeks of your departure.

Currency conversion

Low season rental
Casa Singerna is available for monthly periods from November through to the end of March. The monthly rate depends upon the length of your stay. More information and rates for low season rental.

Additional accommodations

The Farmhouse, Casa Consoli
Additional accommodation is offered on a daily or weekly basis in the farmhouse Casa Consoli for up to 6 people in 3 double rooms. To respect your privacy, these rooms are available only to the party booked at Casa Singerna and are not otherwise let out. If your party totals more than 10 people, please book and pay for the additional rooms when you reserve your holiday. Guests staying only a few nights can also be accommodated provided adequate notice is given. Find out more about the accommodations in the farmhouse.

What is included?

The rates include all of the amenities included in the description of the house and grounds found on this web site.

• Weekly housekeeping service and linens: bed sheets, pillows, duvets, bath and pool towels and kitchen towels.
• Casa Singerna is fully cleaned prior to your arrival and on each Saturday during your stay.
• Use of pool, bicycles, canoes and sailboat.
• The villa is stocked with a "welcome pack" including essentials such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, jam, wine, olive oil (from the olive trees on the property), juice and fruit.
• Barbecue offered by your host on the eve of your arrival.

Extra Services (optional)

Housekeeping
Casa Singerna is fully cleaned prior to your arrival and on each Wednesday and Saturday during your stay, including a change of linens and towels each week. We kindly request that you make the villa available at these times. Should you require more frequent cleaning, we can offer daily housekeeping service.

Daily service
Cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms, vacuuming and general tidying throughout the house. The service is available Monday through Friday at a cost of € 40.00 per day.

Linen Changes
Clean bed, bath and household linens are provided on your arrival and are changed each Saturday during your stay. If you would like these changed more frequently, we can provide changes given 24 hours notice. Rates for mid-week changes are: towels € 7.50/set, bed linens € 12.50/set.

Cooking
For your convenience, meals can be prepared for you at the villa. Pricing is roughly € 25 - 30 per person depending on the number of people and the selected menu. Please inquire for more information. Prior arrangement is necessary.

Telephone
Outgoing telephone calls are billed based on the count of the telephone meter installed in the house. We will read the meter with you upon your arrival. The rate is € 0.15 per tick. Credit card calls can also be made. We can supply you with the telephone number for Casa Singerna before you depart on your vacation so that you can receive calls there. If you would like reservations made at local restaurants, we would be happy to arrange these for you at no charge. Incoming faxes arrive at the owners home and are free of charge.

Limitations

Please note that use of the accommodation at Casa Singerna and its facilities, including the pool, boats and bicycles are entirely at the user's risk.

No Smoking
We ask that guests do not smoke in the house.

Arrival and Departure
We kindly request that guests arive on Saturday afternoon after 4:30 p.m. and depart on a Saturday before 10 a.m.

Pets
Pets will be considered for stays at Casa Singerna. Please inquire at the time of booking.

Payments

Deposit
A deposit in the amount of 50% of the rental rate is required to secure your booking. This payment is due within 7 days from the date of your tentative booking. If booking before December in the year prior to your holiday, a 25% deposit is requested, with a further 25% payment by December 15.

Final Payment
The remainder of payment is expected eight weeks before your arrival date (the remaining 50% of your rental rate plus the breakages deposit of € 375). If you book within 8 weeks of your arrival date, the entire amount is due with your booking.

Late payments
We regret that if payments are late, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and follow the refund procedures outlined below in the section regarding cancellation.

How to make your payments
Payments can be made by direct transfer/deposit to our bank account or personal cheque. Payment method and Account details will be arranged at the time of booking.

If you must rearrange your holiday details, we will do what we can to accommodate you. However, the following rules apply:
