Casa Singerna is available for monthly periods during the low season from the beginning of November through to the end of March. The rate depends upon the length of stay (see below).
Casa Singerna is a beautifully finished stone house with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The rural setting is idyllic, yet it is only a 10 minute drive to Anghiari, a stunning medieval walled hilltop town, or Caprese Michelangelo, a stone-built ancient town in the mountains. The property is only a 15 minute drive from the E45, offering easy access to destination in Tuscany and Umbria and a 45 minute drive from the Arezzo train station. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The low season period is an excellent time to visit Tuscany and avoid the crowds at popular tourist destinations. Just imagine a day trip to Florence and simply walking into the Uffizi gallery without spending all afternoon in a queue! In smaller towns, you can have the streets to yourself. Rome is only 1 hour and 20 minutes by train from Arezzo for a day trip.
The house has been recently restored with careful attention to detail and has been finished with all the modern comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a central vacuuming system, under-floor central heating system, and a jacuzzi bathtub. There are also 2 wood burning stoves for extra winter comfort. A telephone is available and local internet access is easily set-up. Satellite TV provides a selection of English language programming. Enjoy champagne New Year's eve standing out on the terrace to watch 180 degrees of fireworks across the lake and up the Singerna river valley. The views are always beautiful with the trees a golden glow and the constantly changing colours of the lake.
The cooler days offer excellent opportunities for outdoor activities: hiking, cycling, tennis, golf. There is also downhill skiing only a 35 minute drive at Mt. Fumaiolo.

The rates for low season bookings are based upon the length of your stay and are inclusive of utilities with the exception of gas and telephone which are metered and payable upon departure. Rates are applicable only for small groups of 2 - 4 people.
